Policy
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go towards the final cost of your service.
Please select the correct date & time! Please be advised that deposits are also non-transferable!
Final payment is to be made with cash or card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to reschedule your appointment you must contact me to do so. If you decide to cancel your appointment, you will have to pay another deposit and schedule a new appointment.

LATE FEE/ NO SHOW
Starting January 1, 2025 if you are 15 minutes late there will be will be a $20 fee added to your service. If you are more than 30 minutes late for the last scheduled evening appointment, I may not be able to take you. No Call/ No Show = No future appointment.

REFUND POLICY
During your service I will be asking if you like the shape, length, color on multiple occasions. At any point prior to applying color you will have the responsibility to advise if you don’t like the shape, length or color so that we can make changes.
Once your color has been applied please be advised that only 15% of the service can be refunded. We can discuss potential changes so that you leave a satisfied customer.

Any questions, comments, or concerns can be addressed by texting/calling me direct at 704-614-7242. Please be aware of my availability hours. With that being said please be respectful of my contact hours. Please be advised that Sunday's and Monday's are my days off. Failure to adhere to any of these rules may result in you not being able to make future bookings. Thank you!
Fees
If you are using a Debit/Credit Card for payment there will be a $2.50 processing fee added to your service.
